The NCA Bundle Purchase Program is an effort to procure better discounts for members and to help ensure a better shipping situation. Here are the basics of the program:
1. We have negotiated deals from 10 NCA Vendor Members. They are offering a range of discounts for a range of products that are described in each link below.
2. We are on a tight deadline: The orders are due January 7. Why so early? So that the vendors can place their orders with the factories immediately and then ship the products to NCA members in plenty of time for Halloween.
3. The vendors will ship our group orders to Caufield's in Louisville. Caufield's will assemble the individual orders and ship them to the individual NCA member stores.
4. There are minimum order requirements for most vendors. If we meet these MOQs as a group, that particular product or group of products will ship. If we fail to meet the MOQ, the deal won't happen and anyone who paid for that product(s) will get their money back.
5. When you complete the order form, it will calculate a total for the products and a 5 percent handling fee, which compensates Caufield's for their work. You must hit SUBMIT at the end for your order to go through. Then please send a check for 30% of the total as your deposit (if you prefer to pay by credit card, email executivedirector@costumers.org and we'll send you a link to pay online, but we will add a 3.5% fee to cover the credit card fee).
6. The balance will be due in July, when Caufield's ships the product. In addition, a shipping fee will be calculated once Caufield's prepares the shipment. This will include the shipping from Caufield's to your store and, in some cases, a proportional part of the shipping fee from the manufacturer to Caufield's. There will be no mark-up on the shipping, so you can assume it will be the best possible.
