The details and ordering information about the 2025 Bundle Program were sent to all NCA Buyer Members this morning (November 12). This is the third year for the Bundle Program, and we have applied some of the things we learned in the first two years!
The Bundle Program combines our members’ orders for a bunch of vendors. This gives us all a better deal. The vendors send the orders to Caufield’s in Louisville, where they pick-and-pack everything for the stores. This helps ensure that you get everything safely in one big shipment.
There is a less-known reason the Bundle Program is important: When we can produce sizeable orders for the vendors, it shows how powerful the NCA is. When vendors are aware of the strength of our group, we all benefit!
Here are some highlights:
- This year we are requiring only a 30 percent deposit, rather than full payment. We hope this encourages many more members to try the program. The balance won’t be due until July, when we ship the products.
- You can pay by credit card if you want. Please just understand that we’ll add a 3.5 percent fee to cover our credit card fees. Remember, this is totally a break-even program for the NCA. It’s simply a co-op effort to get best prices for everyone.
- This year we have a deal from Union Products, which makes plastic cauldrons, pumpkins, and other items. Our provider of these items from the previous two years – who was unable to deliver this past Halloween – is out of the picture now. We are happy to have Union, a stable company, in the program this year.
- We also have some great licensed costumes this year. Elope has joined the program with product from Disney and Dr. Seuss, and Best Seller is providing a great selection of Jazwares licensed product, such as Star Wars and Spider Man.
The deadline for orders this year is January 7. If you didn’t get the email with all the details, email Ed Avis at executivedirector@costumers.org.
