The dress was designed by Pam Markel of Illusive Skull in Fairmont, West Virginia. It's an 1840s-1850s off-the-shoulder dress that is perfect for parties and the stage. It is made of soft green cotton leno and is trimmed in 7 rows of floral printed eyelet with a coordinating box pleat satin trim. The off-the-shoulder corset-style bodice has green lacings up the back to help adjust the garment tighter or looser, making the size range more flexible. The garment has a 38-inch bust and up to a 40-inch waist.
