Spring
We are a month away from Spring Fling! The correct dates are May 3-5. (Wondering what Spring Fling is? Click here for a history.)
This year there will be a more difficult Scavenger Hunt challenge. For those that get in on Friday, we will do the traditional visit to the Bags Sports Pub in Sugarcreek.
We plan on going to the Railroad Museum on Saturday morning. The Kentucky Derby is also on Saturday. Bring your hats and Debry snacks.
No one has indicated if they want to go back to the farm…please let us know if you would like to.
This Friday is the last day to make reservations at the Dutch Host Inn, 330-852-2468.
Also, please let us know if you are interested in any of the proposed events:
- The Dennison Railroad Museum in Dennison. This is highly recommended by Carol Pocock. The hours are 11-4. Perhaps we could do lunch before or after.
- Who would like to go back to The Farm or the Radio and TV Museum?
- We are planning another more challenging Scavenger Hunt….not an easy one like last year.
- Visit a winery. There is an abundance of them.
If anyone knows of other places to visit, please notify us.
UNFORTUNATELY The Ohio theater does not have a program scheduled for that weekend.
Once you know who is coming. We can decide how much and what kind of food we will have to have for Saturday night.
